Cancellations & Refunds

 

 

  • Because our food is made fresh, all meal prep orders are final once prepared.

  • Catering and private chef services require deposits that are non-refundable.

  • Being available to receive food deliveries at the scheduled time.

We do our best to accommodate dietary needs. However, SpearsPrep cannot guarantee meals are completely free from allergens (such as nuts, gluten, dairy, etc.). Customers with severe allergies should exercise caution. SpearsPrep is not liable for adverse reactions related to food consumption.

 

Limitation of Liability

 


SpearsPrep is not responsible for:

 

  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

  • Customers’ improper storage or handling of food once delivered.

All logos, branding, images, menus, and website content are the property of SpearsPrep. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

SpearsPrep reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
