Shipping policy

At SpearsPrep, we deliver fresh, made-to-order meals directly to our customers within Leon County (Tallahassee, FL area only). This policy explains how our deliveries work and what you can expect.

Delivery Area

 

 

  • We currently serve Leon County, Tallahassee, FL only.

  • Orders outside this area are not available at this time.

 

Delivery Schedule

 

 

  • Deliveries are made every day between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Catering and private chef service deliveries will be scheduled directly with you based on your event details.

 

 

Delivery Fees

 

 

  • A flat $8 delivery fee applies to all standard deliveries within Leon County.

  • Any additional charges for catering or private chef services will be discussed at booking.

 

 

Pickup Option

 

 

  • Customers who prefer to pick up their meals may do so by contacting SpearsPrep directly to arrange a time and location.

  • To schedule a pickup, please reach out via phone or email.

 

Customer Responsibilities

 


To ensure smooth delivery or pickup:

 

  • Provide an accurate address and phone number when placing your order.

  • Be available to receive your meals at the scheduled time.

  • If no one is available for delivery, meals may be left at the provided address (at customer’s risk) or rescheduled for an additional fee.

 

 

Freshness & Storage

 

 

  • Meals should be refrigerated immediately after delivery or pickup.

  • SpearsPrep is not responsible for meals once delivered/picked up and accepted.

 

 

Delays

 


We aim to deliver on time, but delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
