At SpearsPrep, we pride ourselves on providing fresh, high-quality meals and exceptional culinary services. Because our products are perishable and prepared to order, we want to be transparent about our return and refund process.
All sales are final once prepared and delivered.
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of any perishable food items.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong items, missing meals, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the problem promptly.
Deposits for private chef events are non-refundable, as they secure your date and cover preparation costs.
If you need to reschedule, we require at least 7 days’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate a new date based on availability.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
Refunds will only be issued in cases of:
Significant service errors (e.g., incorrect meals delivered).
Unavoidable circumstances where SpearsPrep cannot fulfill your order.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
